On the same day as the Petronas twin tower skybridge walk, my family n me went to Tasik Titiwangsa to visit the Eye on Malaysia. The Eye on Malaysia is the tallest portable observation wheel in South-East Asia.

The ferris wheel comprising of 42 gondolas (including 1 VIP one) is similar to the London Eye and has been unveiled in conjunction of Visit Malaysia Year 2007 on January 6, 2007 by Malaysian Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Abdullah Ahmad Badawi.

This giant ferris wheel allows visitors to experience a 360-degree panoramic view of Kuala Lumpur during a 12-minute ride that goes 60 metres high. It offers a magnificent view of Kuala Lumpur and over 20 kilometres of its surroundings including KL Tower, Istana Budaya and Petronas Twin Towers.

and on the way home we went through the newly finished "Stormwater Management and Road Tunnel" or "SMART Tunnel", E 38 is a storm drainage and road structure in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, a major national project in the country. It is the longest stormwater tunnel in South East Asia and second longest in Asia.

The main objective of this tunnel is to solve the problem of flash floods in Kuala Lumpur and also to reduce traffic jams along Jalan Sungai Besi and Lok Yew flyover at Pudu during rush hour. There are two components of this tunnel, the stormwater tunnel and motorway tunnel.

Today is a huge day. It is not easy to ask a full day from both papa n mama as they're very busy with work. but I've "booked" them this day ages ago. So ive planned it out. Ive made a list of things to do/see b4 going back. and today we went to see it!

1) Cross BOTH Tower 1 and Tower 2 by the skybridge of Petronas Twin Tower
2) Visit the Eye on Malaysia.
so we did, our day starts early, went to KLCC, took our 415pm tickets for the towers (which are free!) and then went to Eye on Malaysia. Papa, mama, Adik n me went for a few rounds on the Eye n then jalan jalan around the Tasik titiwangsa. Thank god its a bit cloudy, so no glaring sun blazing over our heads. yes!
And then we head to KLCC, had our lunch (makan all the wantan, claypot, sizzling mee I can get my hands on!) and then shop around. (hint: Mega SALE).. hehe
Then we went up the Twin tower in a group of 20s (with the org putihs), went through security checkpoints, n go up at a rate of 1 floor a second (very fast la, ear popping!)
and spent time crossing the double storey bridge (highest in the world!)
Im standing on the top of the world.

Papa got a headache looking down. hehehe
