Saturday, 13 Nov 2004 - Selamat Hari Raya.  My 1st raya overseas.. it's a bit earlier than in malaysia too.. Malaysia's raya is on the 14th .. a day later.. The aidilfitri day was an absolute celebration! THat day, we, the Spires (name of our apartment complex) people ..held a makan makan for all the malaysians in cork.. it's was the 1st ... n it was great.. a lot of work has been put in it, especially the girls.. some didnt sleep at all just to cook for the raya fiest.. around 150-sumthing turned up.. and overall, it was a day of celebration, with chicken rice, salad, rendang and such, after a month of fasting.. Then later that night.. we did a small party.. for a succesfull day.. the food? the leftovers from that morning... hahah ..then The next day... study..!! got Exam that monday... ahahha LOL
