Other than that, we went to:
Gracia and Sarria(Catalan independant towns with old architectures, and famous for its pastries),
Tamvia Blau-Tibidabo (an old amusement park on top of the highest hill, has magnificent views of barcelona),
Monestir de Pedralbes (a Catalan gothic monastary with nuns making pottery),
Palau reial (a catalan royal palace build in gardens and now in the middle of University of Barcelona),
Fransesc Macia - diagonal (primier shopping district with 14km of diagonally straight road),
Estacio de sants (a modern park with boating lake, lighthouse-style towers n huge sculptures),
Pavellons Guell (gatehouses and stables build by Gaudi - with dragon shaped iron railings)
Placa de Espanya (gateway to 1992 Olympic Games with 2 high Venetian towers),
MNAC (a putrajaya-like grand museum of art with Picasso works),
Anella Olimpica (olympic village on a hill with huge stadiums, swimming pools, white towers),
Montjuic Park (a huge park with 3 museums, millitary castle, cactus desert overlooking the harbour)
World trade center (at barcelona's beautiful harbour with cable cars n ferries),
Museu d'historia de catalunya (history museum of Catalunya, Barcelona's old name, n their people? Catalan people),
Port Olimpic (a legacy of olympic,now a twin tower urban bussines center, with marinas for sailing competitions and the Casino de Barcelona)
Barcelona Zoo (famous for its white-back gorillas, with Geology n Zoology museums),
Pla de Palau (Barcelona's trading n maritime town in medeval times),
Barri Gotic (2000 years of history - origin of Barcelona town, roman city, with Picasso Museum, masive cathedrals, Gothic architectures.. n of course Gothic Point- our youth hostel-Jom tido!!)
oh yes, I almost forgot, we went to Hard Rock Barcelona too.. bought a shirt.
